What is the Annual Exploitation Conference?

The 2017 Annual Exploitation Conference will be held October 11-13, 2017 in Destin Beach, Florida at The Henderson Beach Resort & Spa. This legal continuing education conference is devoted to covering the difficult topics of national importance for attorneys as out population ages.  This year’s theme is Your Guide to Navigating the Rough Waters of Legal Planning Today.

This conference will dive deep into the topics every practicing attorney must know as our population ages.  Conference topics include presentations on the ethics of representing clients with diminished capacity, to how law firms can deal with aging employees, to how to avoid the increasing risks of representing older clients and their legal representatives.  Attendees will  learn from experts and receive robust materials to work from during the presentation, and to take back to their practices for daily use.
